Bessie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and board-certified neurofeedback clinician candidate. Through neurofeedback and trauma-informed care, she is dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their strength, resilience, and sense of self. She has worked closely with first responders and other adults navigating trauma, grief, and everyday life challenges, as well as individuals seeking support with body positivity and self-acceptance. Bessie’s approach integrates neurofeedback with compassionate, evidence-based therapy — and a bit of humor along the way — to support nervous system regulation. She believes healing happens in safe, collaborative spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She is currently on extended maternity leave and is enjoying spending time with her husband and their new baby boy.

She helps Latter-day Saint women lead joyfully meaningful lives after experiencing complex trauma or chronic shame. Taralee Brady is a woman of faith committed to lifting and empowering others. Within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she has served in callings including Relief Society President, Young Women President, Activity Day Leader, and Ward and Stake Music Specialist. Professionally, Taralee brings over 25 years of experience in People & Culture leadership, with a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development and workplace experience including HR Business Partner, Chief of Staff, SVP of People, and ICF-certified executive coach. Taralee believes that when people know who they are, they have an outsized impact in the world.

Brook Skidmore is the owner of Awake and Arise, LLC, a health coaching and personal training private practice in Denver, Colorado. She formerly served as the Mental Performance Coach at Regis University, a DIl college in Denver. She has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She obtained her first Masters degree in Exercise Science, and her second Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She loves being able to run outside all year long through all four seasons. She also tries to golf most of the year, too. As a fully-certified Pilates Instructor, she loves practicing and teaching Pilates and Barre. Growing up, running and playing volleyball, basketball, and golf were some of the best experiences, but left no time to pursue something she always wanted to pursue: dancing! In her old age, she has recently taken up ballet lessons and is enjoying learning and being humbled in every class. In her opinion, we all need both disciplines to reach our highest potential! She works with her clients using research-based mental and physical conditioning tools, specifically tailored to address their individual needs and goals. She believes no two clients are the same, so no two health programs should be the same, either! She also currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver and BYU-Idaho.

My name is Tiffany Risdon. I am first and foremost a daughter of God, a child of the covenant and a devoted disciple of Jesus Christ. I attended college at SUU where I majored in Interpersonal Communication and minored in Interior Design. I spent my single years living in SLC and working for a fashion designer in Park City. I simply worked to travel. I love the adventure of exploring new places and traveled all over the world during that time of my life making the most of being footloose and fancy free! I was 29 when I met and married my Canadian husband in the St. George Temple in 2001. We began our married life together in Houston, TX where I worked for an Interior Design firm before becoming a mother. From there we moved to Calgary, AB then Dallas, TX before landing here in Castle Rock, CO in 2013. I am the mother of 2 amazing sons. I’ve served in many callings over the years such as YW advisor, 2nd counselor in the Primary Presidency, Seminary teacher, Relief Society President and Gospel Doctrine teacher. Each calling has given me the opportunity to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ which I love to do, and has consistently been one of the greatest blessings in my life, I am a Holistic Nutritionist and specialize in helping people who have been diagnosed with Autoimmune diseases. I enjoy reading or listening to audio books and podcasts, snowboarding, mountain biking and riding motorcycles. I love learning and seeking, especially the mysteries of God, and am always looking forward to what the Lord is willing to teach me next.

Karina began dancing at 3 years old under the tutelage of Irina Hamilton with Soul Motion Underground. She continued her training with Ali and Bobbie Jaramillo at Littleton Ballet Academy where she had the privilege of performing the roles of Clara in The Nutcracker, the Sprite in Cinderella, and Ozma in The Wizard of Oz. Karina continued to dance at Brigham Young University as she studied Human Development and Contemporary Dance and performed with the contemporary performance company, Dance Ensemble. A kidney transplant recipient at the age of 14, Karina believes in the power of dance to synchronize mind, body and spirit as a means of healing and expression. Karina is currently applying for Dance Therapy graduate programs to help others heal through movement.
